As we move through our daily lives, there are many things that seem to happen “to us”. They do not feel in our control, they do not feel good, they do not feel aligned. Sometimes it feels like too big an ask to check in with ourselves and discover what note in our vibration is calling these circumstances to us. Sometimes we just want to sit in our reactionary feelings.


This is a 6 minute visualization practice you can do anywhere, in any moment where you could use an “easier” re-center.
